In the spirit of New Years and resolutions, Bel-o has taken a keen interest in gaining feedback from our customers. We have been in business since 1959, in order to stick with the times some changes have been made. 2013 looks to be a year of exceptional service accompanied by great products. (I’m not going to give you detailed breakdowns and sales tactics, don’t worry)
First off, a big thanks is due to all of our loyal customers, staff, and vendors. We couldn’t have made it this far without you. With the implementation of surveys and online reviews, Bel-o will be stepping up its service game to make sure that every job is done right the first time, every time. It’s a motto we have used because it works.
With the snow falling and New Years Eve here, be careful in whatever travels and celebrations you may be attending. We have had quite a few furnace calls today. Be sure to check your filters. A dirty filter means that your furnace is working extra hard, and that’s just not necessary.
